JONATHAN LYNAM MANAGING PRINCIPAL

Jonathan holds a Commerce and a Law Degree from NUI Galway. He is licensed to practice as a Solicitor in Ireland, the U.K., and New York State having passed the New York Bar exam. He specialises in the areas of Commercial Property and Corporate Law. Jonathan has acted in over 300 million euro worth of property transactions over the past 10 years which includes hotel purchases and housing estates. He piloted and implemented the use of E-Leasing while working in a large property firm in New York City and continually strives towards improving and speeding up property transactions through the use of technology. In his Corporate role he regularly advises business owners and investors on a range of business transactions in an innovative and professional manner. He has acted as the Head Legal Counsel in Ireland for a Large Multinational Firm which he concluded with the sale of its European wide operation. He has extensive expertise in management of the key steps in the life cycle of a business, including incorporation, investment, sale, merger, liquidation. He has also acted for numerous Venture Capital Companies and high net worth private investors.

John holds particular expertise in all areas of Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Employment Law.

He is one of the most experienced Commercial Lawyers in the Cork in the area of Corporate and Commercial Law and has vast experience in all aspects of Commercial Agreements. He has been involved in most areas of Corporate Law from basic Company formations to Mergers, Acquisitions, Liquidations, Joint Ventures, and Receiverships.

John also holds extensive expertise in the area of Estate Planning, Wills, Probate and Administration of Estates. John is a BCL and LLB graduate from University College Cork.

Clara heads up our residential and commercial property department. She advises clients on a wide range of issues. She has vast experience in all areas of general practice. Her main areas of practice are residential and commercial property including acquisitions and disposals of residential and commercial leases and acquisitions. She also has particular expertise in licensing for licensed premises, including acquisition and disposal of property by means of acquisition and disposal of shares in companies. She is experienced in all areas of commercial Leases and agreements. She is also very experienced in all areas of landlord and tenant law and resolution of landlord and tenant disputes.

Clara has considerable experience in estate planning, advising and drafting of wills, probate and administration of estates. Clara is a psychology graduate from University College Cork and is a notary public.

LUCY KELLEHER SOLICITOR.

Lucy practices in the Firm's Property and Probate Departments. She advises a wide range of clients and deals principally with the purchase, sale and mortgage of residential property, examination and Certification of Titles.  She also has particular experience in the area of Wills, Probate and the Administration of Estates. She holds a Bachelor of Law and French and is an LLB graduate from University College Cork. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2014 and she is also qualified to practice in England and Wales.

PETER MOUNSEY SOLICITOR.

Peter practices in the Firm's Litigation Department. He has particular Experience in Debt Recovery, Commercial Litigation, Receivership/Security, and Personal Injury Litigation at all Court levels. Peter has a Bachelor of Law from Trinity College Dublin and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2017. He has a keen interest in negotiations, having represented Ireland in the 2016 International Negotiations Competition. Peter also has a keen interest in agriculture and has obtained a FETAC Certificate in Advanced Agriculture.

EIMEAR MCNAMARA SOLICITOR.

Eimear practices in the Firm's Conveyancing Department. Eimear has a Bachelor of Law from University College Cork. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2011. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales in 2013, where she practiced from 2013 to 2018. She is experienced at advising clients Conveyancing queries, particularly in the purchase and sale of properties.
